Rachel Wilks, Chef & Owner of Two Fish in a Barrel, had her eye on the world of wine that began while working in fine dining NYC establishments. During her time at Burrows Lightbourn, a beer/wine/spirits importer and distributor in Bermuda, she expanded that knowledge through WSET, a globally recognized program that is an asset to all restaurateurs.

 

Rachel became WSET certified in Level 2 and has hosted several wine tastings and pairing dinners throughout Bermuda and assisted in the creation of (or re-creation of) wine lists for several restaurants and hotels.
